Biggest key to getting started

Getting stated losing weight or being more healthy is a huge hurdle to cross.  When I started my weight loss journey, I told myself I needed to do a little more today than I did yesterday.  Eventually I was walking a couple of miles a night and eating healthier.

Putting things off isn’t the answer.  Don’t tell yourself “I’ll start tomorrow” or the next day, or week, month, etc.  Start now.  Anything that you consume is something that your body will have to process.  So if you eat a bunch of stuff “before you get started” it will only delay your results that much longer.

 

Get out, get going!
